our commitment

touch grass is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation on our platform.

prevention measures

• user-generated content is subject to our community guidelines prohibiting harmful content
• users can report objectionable content directly within the app
• all reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team
• accounts found violating our policies are immediately suspended and reported to authorities

reporting

if you encounter any content that may involve child exploitation or abuse:

• use the in-app reporting feature to flag the content immediately
• email us directly at safety@trytotouchgrass.com
• reports are reviewed within 24 hours

cooperation with authorities

we comply with all applicable child safety laws and cooperate fully with law enforcement. when we become aware of apparent child exploitation, we:

• immediately remove the content and disable the account
• report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
• preserve evidence as required by law
• cooperate with law enforcement investigations
